High School Health Curriculum Update (Grades 9–12)

Sutherlin School District will implement a new high school health curriculum designed to help students develop the knowledge and skills needed to make informed, healthy decisions.

What Students Will Learn

The new curriculum focuses on:

  • Mental and emotional health

  • Healthy relationships and communication

  • Substance use prevention

  • Nutrition, physical activity, and overall wellness

  • Personal safety and decision-making

Students will:
