Sutherlin West Intermediate School

Families, This year we will be using Parent Vue to have you sign up for a conference time. Parent Vue was used at the beginning of the year to register for school. If you need help remembering your username and/or password, contact the office at 541-459-3688.. Conferences will be held in person in your child's classroom , Monday, 11/21/22 from 7:45-3:10, Tuesday, 11/22/22 from 8:00-7:40 or Wednesday, 11/23/22 from 7:45-11. Each conference will be 20 minutes long. If your child is in the DLC or PAW program, your conference has already been set up. To sign up: Follow this direct link https://parent-sutherlin.cascadetech.org/ it will take you straight to your Parent Vue account. Click : “I’m a parent” Login with your username and password Select your child from the drop-down list in the top left corner. Under Home on the left-hand side, click “Conference” Click “Parent Scheduled Conferences” on the right of your screen. Look on the screen for the day and time that you want for conferences and click to select your one time that you choose. November 21st shows up first and then you can scroll down to see the other dates for November 22nd and November 23rd. Choose only 1 time on one day for 1 conference with your child’s teacher. Then logout. The computer automatically saves your conference choice. During conferences, the library will be open to purchase books from the Book Fair. Our counselor Mrs. Fonsen and our Music teacher, Ms. Jmaeff will be in their rooms and available as well. On Monday, November 7, students will be bringing home supplies to make an optional STEAM project. These projects will be due back to the school on Thursday, November 17th and will be displayed in the cafeteria for families to view during conferences.
