The 2025 Middle School Fall Sports Season is almost here, and we’re excited to see our student-athletes back in action! All practice will begin during the first week of school.

Cross Country: 6^th, 7^th, 8^th grade students may participate
Football: 7^th and 8^th grade students may participate
Volleyball: 7^th and 8^th grade students may participate

📋 REGISTRATION:
This year, we’re using FinalForms for all athletic registrations.

🩺 PHYSICALS REQUIRED:
All incoming 9th graders, 11th graders, and any new students to the area must have a current sports physical to participate. 🆓 FREE Physicals Available!
Sutherlin Evergreen Family Medicine is offering free wellness exams/sports physicals
